MISSION:
Kyndryl is a global IT company that modernizes mission-critical technology systems that the world relies on every day. I was contracted by VML to support the launch of Kyndryl's new Instagram account, sharing the best social practices to internal and external stakeholders that expand upon core brand values.
CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:
⬥ Create an "Instagram Best Practices" section for a pitch deck aimed at both internal and external stakeholders
⬥ Formulate guidelines on how to translate the Kyndryl brand voice from LinkedIn to Instagram, engaging and reaching a younger target audience of current and prospective employees
⬥ Implement social listening tactics using Infegy Atlas to identify the best content themes and topics for Instagram, curating a selection of sample posts for the account
⬥ Facilitate community engagement efforts on Kyndryl's LinkedIn account, which holds over half a million followers
