MISSION:
Ambi makes high-quality, affordable skincare for women who struggle with hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tones. I worked with Ambi from late June to mid-September, and wanted to strengthen the brand's social presence by increasing follower counts across platforms and utilizing paid ads. 
Core contributions:
⬥ Craft a social media calendar centered on employee recognition, customer testimonials, product education, and community empowerment
⬥ Map customer journeys via social DMs by creating a standardized response model
⬥ Highlight local events and trade shows on social feeds
RESUlts:
⬥ A 102% increase in Instagram profile visits in August*
⬥ Gained 249 Instagram followers from mid-August to mid-September
